What was so special about breakfast? It was not the food but the service. Mr To my made us feel we were guess at his house. He was on top of everything, he was patient with my kids, teaching them how to use the waffle machine. His customer service was exceptional.

Thank you Mr Tommy for making of our stay the best experience possible. The desk staff was very friendly, but that was the only positive part of our stay. The hotel exterior was frequented by many homeless appearing individuals and felt unsafe. The rooms’s bathroom in both of our rented rooms had significant soap scum around the soap dish and mold on the grout and surrounding tiles. There were blood appearing flecks on the bedspread at checkin. By far my worst experience in a Hilton hotel.

They explained where to find every thing and what was close to the hotel in the event we needed something that they couldn't provide. The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and I slept very well with the blackout shades! The lady that prepared our breakfast for us was very friendly and was very helpful. Sandwiches were too hard to even chew and all the poor and selection was just so upsetting to me. During our stay the front desk was very attentive however she did not advise us about housekeeping not available unless requested for Our room to be attended.. In bringing this to the attention of the front desk she didn't say much but to send an email to her manager.
